Your privacy choices

In the event of any conflict between the Thai and English versions, the Thai version shall prevail.

This page brings together, in one place, the ways you can control how your data is used in Vobz. Everything below is something you can do yourself right away, without contacting us. Details of what we collect and why are in the Privacy Policy

1. Advertising and tracking

Free accounts see ads through Google AdMob. We do not show ads on chat screens, disappearing media or privacy features. Details are in Section 4 of the policy

iOS

• When you first open the app, Vobz asks through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt — you can choose “Ask App Not to Track” right away
• You can change your mind later at Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off the switch for Vobz
• You can turn it off for the whole device on the same page by turning off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”

Android

• Settings → Google → Ads — choose Delete advertising ID (some models call it “Opt out of Ads Personalization”) or Reset advertising ID to cut the link to your earlier data

Users in GDPR regions (EEA / United Kingdom / Switzerland)

• Vobz shows a consent form before showing ads. You can refuse in 2 ways: close the form (the cross button at the top right), which counts as refusing everything, or choose “Manage options” and turn off only the topics you do not want
• You can change your mind at any time — open the app and go to Profile (โปรไฟล์) → Settings (ตั้งค่า) → Privacy (ความเป็นส่วนตัว) → “Manage consent”. The original form opens so you can edit your choices or withdraw consent, and it takes effect immediately in that session, with no need to close the app or reinstall it (this menu is shown only to users in regions where consent is required)
• If you refuse, you can still use every feature of the app — you will only see non-personalized ads
• When you withdraw consent, we immediately stop collecting usage data for analytics (Firebase Analytics). Ads will still be shown but will be non-personalized. If you do not want to see ads at all, see Section 2

2. No ads at all

Vobz Premium members see no ads at all, and the app will not request any ads for that account

3. For users in California (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not “sell” your personal data, but showing ads through AdMob may qualify as “sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising” under the definitions of California law. Using the choices in Section 1, or subscribing to Premium as in Section 2, is exercising your right to opt out of that sharing. Your other rights are in Section 8 of the policy

4. Your account data

• Delete your account and all data — you can do this yourself on the Account deletion page
• Delete some data without deleting your account — see the steps
